Electric Truck Air Conditioner Scroll Compressor Operation Control Strategy
1 Scroll Compressor Running of Parking Sleeping Air Conditioner
This type of compressor can be controlled by two control modes: start-stop or speed-adjusting operation. About the scroll compressor speed regulation, the parking air conditioner factory ( user ) can use the potentiometer to control the speed of the parking air conditioner compressor.
2 Protection of Parking Air Conditioner Scroll Compressor
◆Over voltage protection: After over voltage of 12v truck air conditioner compressor, it will stop immediately, and after the voltage is restored, it will restart after a delay of 30S.
◆Under-voltage protection: After under-voltage of scroll compressor of truck air conditioner, it will stop immediately, and after the voltage is restored, it will restart after a delay of 15S.
The over voltage and under-voltage values are 14VDC and 11VDC, respectively. The recovery voltage is 13VDC recovery for over-voltage protection and 13VDC recovery for under-voltage protection.
◆Overload protection: When the running current of parking air conditioner compressor reaches the protection, the protection time is 5 seconds. The overload protection will restart after 30S after shutdown.
◆Overheat protection: The controller has built-in temperature protection. When the temperature of the circuit board of parking cooler scroll compressor is higher than the set value, it will stop immediately, and after recovery, it will restart after a delay of 30S.
The Electric Scroll compressor is mounted on the base plate of the parking air conditioner by means of elastic damping pads, in order to reduce the noise
