Vehicle Liquid Water Heater: 

Solutions for low-temperature start of RV engines, rapid defrosting and demisting, heating of domestic water, and space heating of RV compartments. you can choose 
 

Functional Module 1: Low-temperature Engine Startup of Caravan Compartment

Vehicle-mounted diesel liquid heaters ① are usually connected to the vehicle cooling system which is easily to achieve low-temperature engine startup, rapid defrosting and demisting, as well as RV compartments space heating.

Functional Module 2: Space Heating of Caravan Compartment

The diesel liquid water heater ① heats the circulation system and transfers the heat to the radiator ② to achieve space heating, and thereby heating the interior space of the motorhome.

Function module 3: Domestic Water Heating in the RV

A: The diesel liquid coolant heater ① heats the circulation system and transfers the heat to the heat exchanger ③. 

B: The domestic water passes through the heat exchanger ③ to exchange heat, thereby heating the domestic water in the RV vehicle.

The heater exhanger ③ which commonly used plate heat exchangers are heat exchanges between two media ( heated coolant & cold domestic water on the RV). This type of plate heat exchanger has 4 ports, and two ports are used to connect the coolant heated by the liquid heater ① ( the hot coolant emits a lot of heat when passing through the heat exchanger) , and the other two ports are used to connect the domestic water in the RV. The cold water used for hand washing and bathing passes through the heated heat exchanger ③, and the water is heated when the water enters and exits. (Cold water is heated by absorbing the heat emitted by the heated coolant)

*Functional modules ①②③ can be installed at the same time, so as to realize the low-temperature startup of RV engines, rapid defrosting and demisting, the heating of the interior space of the motorhome compartments and domestic water at the same time.

This scheme can also be adopted for the heating of new energy RVs: the parking heater consumes extremely low power, which can effectively reduce the consumption of new energy RV batteries while ensuring heating.
