067N7158 Thermal Expansive Valve Effect and Working Principle
1. Throttling effect of expansion valve: high temperature and pressure liquid 134 refrigerant throttling through the expansion valve throttling, a low temperature and low pressure of the mist of the hydraulic refrigerant to create conditions for the bus air conditioner evaporation of refrigerant;
2. Control the flow of R134 refrigerant: Once the liquid refrigerant into the evaporator of bus air conditioning system, the refrigerant will be evaporated into a gaseous state, absorbing heat, reducing the temperature inside the bus.
Expansion valve control the flow of refrigerant to ensure that the bus air conditioner evaporator outlet is completely gaseous refrigerant, if the flow is too large, the outlet contains liquid refrigerant may enter the compressor to produce liquid hit; If the refrigerant flow is too small, premature evaporation is completed, resulting in lack of refrigeration
